Both years these teams looked like "superteams on paper", and it's safe to say that they didn't live up to that expectation - but this year there are a few key differences

  • The whole team can actually play their preferred roles as opposed to godforsaken Sacy on controller
  • JohnQT was actually trailed as opposed to just creating the team like last year
  • Every player on this team can probably be argued into a top 3 ranking for their role in Americas

what do yall think

all of the players are so good individually they had multiple issues last season
I hope sen gets their shit together and start winning outside of scrims

I had no faith in SEN last year since the team was announced, but this year I am much much more confident. Last year's Frankenstein team with a "non strategic" head coach never made any sense. Dephh was not a superteam level player in terms of his fragging ability, and his level of calling was always questionable due to ayrin contribution. Dephh was a smokes player more than a kj player as well. Sacy/pancada/zekken/tenz had not even scrimmed together before the team was signed.

JohnQT is a fragger, who was highly rated on chamber and Jett in his ghost days. Then he transitioned to kj and focused on his IGL. He is a proven leader with both ghost squad and m80 squads having impressive runs. Rest of the superstars have a year under their belt getting chemistry with each other. Coach and igl have an old professional relationship.

I'm not a fan of sen management or I'd flair up sentinels honestly. Be excited for their 2024, Johnqt is really him.

probably a good team but that doesnt say much since their comparison will be made on the basis of them winning matches.. and winning matches against stacked teams with cores that have played together and won together for some time like those of LOUD, EG, NRG, G2/LOUD is going to be tough.
