What To Do?

Pretty much all of my friends know what they wanna do with their life at this point. They know what colleges they want to go for, exactly what they want to do, etc. meanwhile I haven’t figured out shit yet.
We are only freshmen in high school, so i understand things change and I have time, but it seems like everyone around me has everything figured out while I have no idea who I want to become. Hell, my twin sister is taking college classes early to work towards her degree, and my best friend is about to start doing the same.
Any advice?

its not uncommon, a lot of people are like you and thats fine. you can register yourself as an undeclared in most uni's (i assume), and have a whole year to figure out what you wanna pursue. And even then a lot of ppl switch majors

yeah that’s true, i guess it’s just the ppl around me that seem to have it figured out which puts more pressure on me especially from my parents to start working towards something

well at some point, you have to do your part and make up your mind too lol, cause you dont wanna waste your time AND money. But being in HS and not knowing what you wanna become is fine, just keep your interests, and do a lot of research. dont go where the money is, go where money AND your passion is.

Nah youre not fucked its fine.. im currently in 4th year so I can give you a bit of assurance. there's plenty of time to firmly decide but NOW is the time for you to do your research and search for interests. and then things will face in its own place. good luck man!

Bro you are a freshman, you have a fuck ton of time ahead of you to figure out stuff, if you can't there's always community college if you want to do gen-eds if your still thinking about what to do in life at that point, most of my close friends kept their grades up until their senior year then they started thinking about where they wanted to go so just take it in your own pace

yes this is true, my thought process currently is that if i don’t have anything figured out by the time senior year roles around I will likely just go for community college before committing a shit ton of money into a school I’m not sure would even be right for me

dont think just because you have time, it will all work out by itself.no, instead take active active steps, and make an effort, even if it's small. start experimenting, limit testing, where are your strengths and weaknesses, look outside the box if you arent happy with college. etc.
