My fps is around 70-120 but when there is like tons of utility spammed it drops to 40 and it becomes unplayable after the update

okay guys, the thing that help me bring my fps high

there is an option called (beta) entry of mouse bufer or something like that, when i activated that, everytime i flicked my mouse fast it didnt drop from 170 to 90 fps and did really well , but there is a bad point, some people experiments a lot of input lag w this option, activate it on swiftplay for 5 rounds and see if that helps u bc it did to me

When you're getting fps drops did you notice if your vanguard getting higher cpu usage than the game?

For this problem everyone fix is kinda different. First solution try reinstalling vanguard, it fixed the problem for me. Next solution if you use nvidia go to nvidia control panel>threaded optimization to off

It isn't normal. Been happening to me for nearly a year until I got it fixed sometimes ago

you mean a year continuously? Cos i've been playing since late 2020 and the frame drop only ever happened after the update for a short while and went back to normal. If it happens continuously, then its probably not because of new update
