Thought people would know about this. Ascended doesn't mean franchised, and from Riots perspective, you don't want to financially support orgs for a long time when they don't even have the infrastructure. Ofc it's a shit system but understandable from a business point of view.

Sadly he never stated they're getting the same minimum wage. Financial incentives doesn't mean payment for the players. Also revenue from the champions bundle doesn't mean minimum wage. So yeah...
