I believe them wanting to stick together cz last year FNS really did him a favor by trusting in him on a new role and this time he wants to pay it back. But this astronomically reduces their chance of getting back on a VCT team.

looks like johnQt is pretty much a done deal. Their roster is a lock as I see it. Some people speculate that sacy & pANcada will go back but I personally don't see it.

I could see it if they drop Derrek and stellar or even bang. But apparently they haven't even trialed anyone. I don't even think their coach is decided yet. So, don't know what's going on there. Imma be honest, FNS isn't very fond of Asuna and it's pretty obvious even though people say FNS just jokes around. As FNS said, he would prefer to choose who they play with and Asuna is 100T franchise player.

Almost no chance they split up.

The trend I see in all these teams is that they are all trying to downsize. Even so, after EGs win. Most teams are willing to bet on t2 players that have potential to grow. So, I personally wouldn't be surprised to see some of the familiar names to miss out on VCT.

the thing is that FNS doesn't just want to be "on a team" he wants to be on a team that he thinks has a good chance of winning, otherwise he'd rather stream

The thing is in terms of roles, dropping jakee and runi for s0m and fns actually kinda makes sense:

controller s0m
initiator xeppaa
sentinel fns
duelist leaf
flex zellsis

then on double controller maps like lotus you have something like

leaf raze
xeppaa skye
fns viper
zellsis killjoy
s0m omen

but in terms of chemistry, i think theyre better off keeping jakee and runi.
