he only plays ranked on alts, he didnt really fall off, just the team around him got a lot worse

shot up played more on other accounts then his, he was boosting in early acts I know him worked on same websites as him.
So yeah add at least 300+ hours of boosting.

wins give more account xp to have the incentive for 'play to win' mentality so the conversion to time would be innacurate
