I often wonder if Americans have started to like football at least a little bit with that genius playing in their country.
Do you like it?

The problem is the structure for young talent to nurture is really bad in US
with also people prefer more popular sports in their country
Just like with cricket in India

from what i heard most kids there take up football(soccer) only so that they can have an easier way into getting into ivy league colleges.

If you are going to be fact only kind of person.
Pele is the only person to win 3 world cups i.e., the most ever world cups won by a player.

is it cause of pele only or whole brazil team? Brazil has always been good and have pretty good teams overall compared to others that proves nothing honestly

still doesnt change the fact Pele played most of his club career in Brazil with a huge chunk of his goals coming against 2nd/3rd division teams in regional tournaments along with the non-existence of the Offside rule.
Maradona meanwhile won Napoli the UEFA Cup

And world cup for argentina

Edit: unlike pele having a whole team maradona was literally alone winning this

Bro, again

Pele wasn't allowed most of his career to move outside Brazil as he was their considered national treasure.

And fyi offside is present in FA rules over 150 years ago and the present form of offside is present even before Pele was born.

Just because u saw some trolls put all the lies on social media doesn't mean it's true.

Just Google it and you will find the truth easily
