No matter how the game turns out today with either BLG or EDG going home:

For BLG & EDG, do you think this run has been successful or disappointing respectively?

BLG had a good run

if BLG wins or loses, their run was still successful, as they werent expected to make playoffs

if EDG loses, their run was disappointing

if blg wins/loses they did amazing
if edg win top 5-6 is about expected
if edg loses 7-8 is still about expected

Both successful, BLG went to playoffs for their first LAN, EDG proving that Tokyo was not a fluke( they still need more time, I think top 6 is their peak rn

no matter what, i think that one of them gonna go home today

Not a lot of expectations for either team, EDG makes playoffs again and BLG shock everyone making playoffs, EDG took a map off the 2nd best at Masters (shame they crumbled after though), and both got to play with the best teams itw, improve, and bring that experience back to CN. Seriously there will be so much talent in that region coming up soon. No CN team have anything to lose really

i don't think most people with eyes (i say this as an old edg fan lol) went into champs having particularly high expectations for either team (esp. not blg) so even making it to playoffs, i think can be considered a success for both teams (though if edg loses against blg it does mean they just haven't improved as much as blg has)

successful. personally i just didn't want every chinese team grouped LMAO but blg beating nrg twice in their debut, edg getting to playoffs and losing to teams that most people see winning all of champions. can't be mad at that. on some copium that they make longer runs though
