Smurfs in lower ranks

First of all if you are higher then silver this post is not for you because this is my experience being in bronze/silver the last 2 weeks. And also this obviously doesn’t happen to everyone this is my experience

In literally every single game I’ve played the last 2 weeks there was at least 1 smurf my team or the enemy. I know there is the whole “having a good day” but these guys are playing like plat+ not just lucky run shots or good crosshair placement. Plus the all are lower then level 15 default skins banner etc and no act rank. And in my last game literally the whole entire enemy team were smurfs like each players name was smurf 1 smurf 2 etc and they were all lower then lv 8 and all playing out of their minds. And naturally most the smurfs in the games I’ve played with/against in the last 2 weeks were toxic. I think I’m sticking to unrated for awhile

Sorry for the long paragraph but I wanted to be mad somewhere thanks just is really frustrating to have a smurf every game

I would try to befriend a smurf and queue with him, lmao my friend gets smurfed on so I come down to help him, its literally the only thing you can do (oh people are saying you can get better too, but going from silver level to immortal smurf level while playing against immortals is kind of demoralizing, like that's why the rank system exists so u gradually get better lma)

If you want to get really good/mald and rage at your team, play comp

You can turn off your act rank showcase so it doesn't show in-game btw. That doesn't mean that they didn't play the last act / new account.

Honestly I don’t even care too much about promoting it’s just annoying having a toxic smurf every game you know. I think I’m gonna play unrated and only queue with friends for comp lol

not just silver bronze. in diamond elo every game ive played recently has had atleast one or two level 5 to 15 default skin smurf. very annoying and although its different since most of the time even if they are radiant smurfs the difference is minimal honestly.

Yeah in diamond and up I assume the skill gap isn’t super big especially in ranked right?

honestly most of the skill gap between diamond, imm and radiant (not pro radiant) is just consistency, you have good mechanics and good game sense but you still need to learn more situations because you will get a game where you drop 30 and then a game where you dont do that good. ive seen radiant smurfs go negative in diamond lobbies just because by then you already have an understanding of how to play at a top level, you just cant constantly play at it yet

i agree bro. im immortal and i played from time to time on gold plat smurf and there is literally every 2nd game with smurfs (well every game if u includin me) but still. i cant imagine how tiltin this experience for my silver gold boys
