racism against every race exists, the current media just choose to avoid it to further a certain propaganda. It doesnt mean that's not a real thing.
BUT, coming to her idiotic tweet, this is not racist. you cant pick and choose when to get outraged if NA > EU is said then NA > CN is also fine. its just banter in the professional scene when regions get involved.

if it was then sure you can have that conversation about it being racist but the tweet totally ignores the context of how new the chinese val scene is and the comparative level of said scene to the global stage
it's banter and for fun, but it's also literal - chinese teams, right now, are at a lower level than the rest of the world. nothing wrong with acknowledging that and trying to read into that and interpret in a way it's clearly not meant is just silly lmao
