Why do teams sometimes pick team B?

So from what I understand, Team A gets first ban, first map pick, etc while Team B gets second ban second pick.

EG and a few other teams I think choose Team B sometimes, isn't team A just objectively better though? I feel like you would want to have a first pick, plus Team A gets to pick their starting side twice, while B only once.

Sometimes you want to not give your cards so you can bait the other team into picking/banning what you want

you pretty much always want Team B because you want to see what the other team bans

Team B can play on team A's decision, whether banning own's weak map or opponent's strong map

Map 1 and 2 are both guaranteed to get played, so having first pick doesn't matter as much I think.

Having 2nd ban is better, you might have team A ban the map you wanna ban, which means you get to free up a ban

Also, team B pretty much pick map 3 from the last 2 maps, hence why A get starting side

Imagine both Team have the same perma ban so you chose Team B because you know that your perma ban got ban by the other team it can give you a ban advantage.
