But to do that, they will have to go through the undisputed current best team in the world. This year's Champions playoffs are the most balanced ever, as there are two teams from each of the four participating regions at play. However, only one can be crowned the 2023 Valorant Champions.

The winners will be awarded a $1,000,000 USD prize, nearly half of the total $2,250,000 prize pool. All VCT partner teams will also take home 50% of the net proceeds from the Valorant Champions 2023 bundle.

Format

The top two teams from each of the four groups from the group stage have advanced to the playoffs. They will play an eight-team double-elimination bracket. All matches will be Bo3 except the lower bracket final and grand final, which will be Bo5.

These eight teams were randomly drawn into the playoffs bracket. Teams from the same group were placed on opposite sides of the bracket to avoid repeat matchups early in the upper bracket. Every top seed will face a bottom seed in the opening round of the playoffs.

Broadcast

Valorant Champions 2023 will have broadcast drops, which means that you can earn in-game rewards from watching official streams. If you connect your Valorant account with your Twitch or YouTube account, you may be awarded a title and player card.

The "Lowrider" title can be earned by watching any match between group stage match August 6 and 13. The "Gekko Diff" spray can be earned by watching a playoffs game between August 16 and 25. The "Champions 2023" player card can only be earned by watching the grand final, on August 26.
