they both were pretty shit ngl. DRX tho are the shit that they were pre tokyo so they aight. Loud were quite noticeably worse than Lock in
Overall both teams threw A TON of rounds but neither was very good, definitely not top 4 material i can say that. Tho we always see DRX pulling out the strats in playoffs and groups is just them playing the most simple game they can

if you couldn’t tell how many new ideas drx were executing you are blind 😭😭 this comment is too dumb

its not about new ideas or not, shit is shit, I cant even count the amount of rounds DRX threw and the fact they lost on Lotus is crazy. So many points in the game they looked really disjointed and disconnected, the trades werent always there it looked like DRX in normal form but they were more throwy than usual. The fact that they managed to lose a full bulldog buy against 1 or 2 sheriffs and classics by holding the closest angles known to man is wild.
They also could never get a clean round in unlike loud who despite looking bad were able to exploit DRXs lack of cohesiveness. Overall as i said both teams looked like trash, tho to be fair most of the teams in this tournament also look just as bad. It isnt the standard of competition youve come to expect from teams like loud and DRX

Why do you think fnc and prx are so good? Are they trying to play better than their opponents or are they aiming for the best plays possible? The most impact the most unpredictability.
This is the reason valorant takes so long to evolve as a game. Just compare it to CS and you see how everything has become systematic, everyone knows what to do and when to do it and the basics aren't looked at anymore cause they've fine tuned it.
Well never get that in valorant but we should still aim to get as close to perfection as possible or else were only ever gonna see FNC winning tournaments from now on

I'm willing to let teams like 100t and Sen play imperfectly cause they don't have as much match time and they don't have sky high expectations to meet so their game in the lcq was pretty decent for what it was meant to be. Drx and loud some of the most consistently good teams of all of valorant yet they're playing at potentially a level that's equal to their 2021 champs (for drx) and copenhagen (for loud) selves

it was easy for DRX after map 1, after all they are sponsored by shinchan's bank.
