Being good doesn't equal to popularity. Leo and Alfa arguably the 2 best players itw rn have both under 50k followers on Twitter (last time I checked at least).

TenZ was lucky to be the first champion so he could get all that clout + streams in English + has a wholesome personality. He could've been dogshit since April 2021 nobody would care

Casuals which is most of Sen fanbase are the only ones that overrate him and there are a lot of them and all of em are loud thats why you may think he is overrated, People who watch competitive Valorant know he has been washed.

Basically his fanbase is so large outside of competitve Valorant that in their eyes he is the best player ever.
