How can people discipline to study and gaming? I tried so many times before but I always fail, either I study 8h per day or gaming 8h per day I really cannot conciliate since if I play valorant for few hours it ended up making my studies too boring.

Anyway I just could not imagine how Zekken, Nats, could conciliate these things at pro level for both.

Gaming is my reward for working hard on schoolwork. Hell, I've purchased skins for myself as rewards for doing well on exams. That way I can focus on school and enjoy my games as well.

The only thing that's really gotten a bit fucked is my sleep schedule, but I'm working on that

I often study for really hard IT certifications and I found a method that works for me, basically is you need to commit with hours per day that you going to study, let's say 3hours per day, you need to commit to it weekly so you don't fall behind schedule then you start every day with studies when you start to lose attention and interest on the study subject don't push it, go and play like a comp or 30min, stop it and return to the studies, and repeat that until you meet your daily committed hours.
I found out that studying long periods of time doesn't do good unless you are 110% focused, now if you can't commit or balance them prolly you have a brain of a fish just keep playing Valorant and drop school, cheers.

Find time intervals to study or game.
Ex:
Wake up and breakfast 8-9
morning study 9-11
Lunch 11-12
Study 1-6
Dinner 7-8
Play val 8-11
Sleep 11-8
