just divide EMEA into 2 region, west (NEU, FR, SP, PR, DACH,) and east(EAST, ITALY, TURKEY, MENA) or maybe make DACH apart of east to make it more fair, this regional bullshit that riot has been doing is ass

Altough I do agree something like this should be T2 let's be honest at least Mena doesn't have 2 good teams to send out and be competitive because what you are doing with this is make atm VCL be T3

Server wise not sure if Italy should be eastern unless it would be a lan T2 (banger idea unfortunately not doable)
