Compared to brazil crowd? I personally think Japan is 10 times better
colourfulzebra [#7]Way too silent, not jumpy enough for a tactical and happening game like Valorant
They're loud enough already, you want players to be disrupted by cheers?
valulrantefanboy [#8]much better than i expected, I thought they would be much more quiet
My friend who attended the venue also expected the same and it was hella huge. Everyone was kind and polite, and even though they come as a fan of one team, they will go home as a fan of another team as well because they were mesmerized with the play and sorta.
Totta [#12]They're loud enough already, you want players to be disrupted by cheers?
They're absolutely not loud enough. Think about better crowds like sao paolo and even regional VCTs before masters, people were cheering more and players are never disrupted because they wear those big headphones, it's just that sao paolo is looked down at because they were very biased towards LOUD and MIBR. Trust me if Zeta division had qualified to masters, they would make it to the finals or smthing due to the sheer unnerving of their opponents by the crowd.

Mate there was absolutely no crowd(negligible) in Group stages in Lock IN, and here it was completely packed no matter who was playing, stop trying to defend that pathetic crowd, sure they're loud but nothing compares to showing up for Valorant ! and actually respecting teams. Don't come at me I'm not a Brazil hater, I love the guys on LOUD those are wholesome, but that crowd was not.

Sure, that crowd wasn't ideal, but this japanese crowd is even worse, they're boring and sleepy. We don't even have any crowd stories like the screaming girl in sao paolo. And with the VISA issues that are coming up with japan, it's safe to say that riot shouldnt hold any vct comps in japan from now on (except for regional leagues but if PRX something can't come to japan, what's the point)

Are we watching the same match ? There are stories here as well, these guys are doing pushups for every round win for PRX. VISA issues is not RIOT's fault PRX brought something late + he's Russian that doesn't help too. Every other Russian player from TL and FNC are here, so safe to say it was Orgs Fault, but I get it if you don't enjoy this crowd it's your opinion. But I'd anyday prefer this Respectable crowd over the Lock/IN one.

I dislike the brazillian crowd but people gotta stop with this 'there were absolutely no people in other matches' like cmon dog, we all know thats cap, sure there were fewer people but thats expected.
Faraday [#29]Jpn crowd>> all others tbh
brazil wasn't uniquely bad, champs in LA will be the same I guarantee it
I honestly thought Cophenagens limited crowd was better than most expect Japans (ofc), then there’s Istanbul which imo was a disaster

Okay I'll change it to Close to Negligible, does that make a difference ? Ofcourse I'm gonna compare with the Tokyo crowd that came in huge number no matter what region was playing.
