Do you think that PRX's "IGL" system where someone has an idea then they go with just "W Key" will get more popular, or do you think that that type of system is only good for a team like PRX, and you should always have a designated IGL on your team.

you need a leaders voice and it cant be everybody. one mind uniting a team is better than 5 thinking different and deciding on the fly
