Babybay has a problem with zoomers?

As we can see everyone on faze are all 25+ years old supamen, mummay, poised, and babybay (with the exception of TiGG who is 23)
From all the roster changes FaZe have made it all involved the young players of the team first with LarryBanks, then flyuh and now dicey it seems like the poised/babybay duo doesn't want the team to have cracked zoomers on the squad. We have seen players like flyuh go on to show their potential on MxM it's apparent that this is a recurring problem for the faze camp who spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on talent who haven't shown up in a tier 1 team since SEN were the best team in NA.

They were def tier 1 split 2 and lcq last year

I feel like Faze has given up Valorant since LCQ. Their org has no funds anymore
