MENA teams have low rating because their tournaments are given small multipliers, and they don't participate in prestigious VCT events, which obviously provide lots of ranking points.
By the way, we have never seen MENA play against anyone else in EMEA, you can't just mark them as bad because they are stuck in their domestic bubble until Last Chance qualifier.

Bruh. This website isn't regulated by Riot at all, it's run by amateurs programmers which decide themselves what parameters to set on literally everything.
Riot have their own inner ranking for seedings and nobody has access to it. But it's still ONLY REGIONAL, it's not like they compare G2 (EU) to Cloud9 (NA).
Stop acting like vlr.gg ranking means shit. It doesn't. And you can't know the multipliers for different regions, you will never know them unless enigma PMs you with all the info he has.
