I don't have a wide face but I don't want to get one tho.

Idk i’ve never heard of gum leading to a wider jaw/face ever. Plus it’s only supposed to be like a wall to stop your cravings for chewin/eating food in this case ig

If you can find it link the article for sure,

A lot of people claim chewing gum can improve your jawline and stuff but that’s just a blatant lie.

Chewing gum does improve your jaw muscles but it won’t deform the facial structure cuz that is defined by your facial bones👍

soaked rolled oats, easy to weigh, can eat cold+sweet with adding greek yogurt/fruit/berries or make it hot+savoury with veggies and spice mixes
keep carrots and cucumbers, apples, pears etc ready in your fridge.
avoid keeping any kind of processed snacks or high calorie snacks that don't fill you up at your place, if you live with others even then, throw out all the snacks and force others to live according to your life choices😅 👍

Sugerfree carbonated drinks are good for staving off hunger. Granted you gotta go the sugarfree stuff. Also sparkling water aswell I think, I'm pretty sure it's mainly in the carbonation. Just check it is sugarfree (or has fuck all KJ of energy)

It depends on your diet though

If you eat smaller meals over a long period of time, i’ll recommend consuming high protein granola bars and Changing your breakfast to oatmeal/muesli etc.

If you eat set meals per day then i’d just recommend the basic, removal of high calorie sauces, increase in eating leaner white meat like chicken or lean fish, introduction of low calorie High Filling carbs like quinoa or low quantities of brown rice and increasing fiber in the diet👍😄

More veggies and salads. Load up on nuts (unsalted). Berries. Snacks like low cal ice cream or protein brogurt (https://youtube.com/shorts/zIqcTg5w6k8?feature=share). Rice cakes and other low cal carbs are good for boosting leptin levels to help you be full longer.

Popcorn. If you do it right. You can eat a lot of it. And they are very low in calories. It serves to take the edge off your hunger.

No sugar, eat way less carbohydrates, be sure you eat enough protein for muscle growth. I would recommend to purchase specific literature and read about it. Only with right dedication you will get 100% success.
