What does fraud and fraudulent actually mean?

I used it every 3 sentences on vlr because it sounded funny but never know the actual meaning.

I only know the vlr meaning

No, you'd mostly only use the word fraud talking about money fraud, like white collar crime through scamming or counterfeit means
