I think?? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but 100T has h2h wins over LEV, EG and FUR, and h2h is prioritized over round differential, so even if 100T lose and go 4-5, they'll still qualify over the two teams that are 4-5 and aren't in, which are LEV and SEN.

H2H doesnt matter in a 4 way tie. They are out if they lose

4 way tie is different

h2h isn't considered when more than 3 teams are at tiebreaker

The thing is when there was a 4 way tie, 100t had h2h against other 3 teams so they would've qualified. Since sen beat furia and there is a 5 way tie 100t don't have h2h. So now it comes to map differential

technically speaking H2H should be taken into consideration first (like in major sports) , but Riot decided that 4 way ties will ignore H2H (too many permutations for them to deal with I guess) and go straight to map differential
