Is Brim Ultimate more important to Phoenix ult ?

My friend told me that brim ult more imp than phoenix ult , help me out here

with phoenix ult you can open site,get info and retake sitesand kill people..pand you dont even die..best ult ever

no ult is more important than the other... every1 is equal... its 2021 we gotta stop the hate bro.

Phoenix ult is 1000 times better because you can use it for many things:
-Info
-Retaking Site
-Playing for picks
-Getting space to plant

Brim's ult is good but you rarely get a pick off it and it is only used for picks and can be easily avoided, so its not too high up on the ult spectrum
