Riot has announced that VCT EMEA will step outside of Berlin for the first time ever, with finals weekend of EMEA Stage 2 set to head to Barcelona.
From August 28 to August 30, the upper, Lower, and Grand Finals will be held at the Olimpic Arena in Badalona, which holds 12,760.
Additionally, a Fan Fest around the arena will be held free for all fans to attend.
"Whether you're heading into the arena or spending time around it, the Fan Fest is designed to be a central part of the Finals experience," Riot said in its release. "Fans will be able to drop in before matches each day and spend time around the arena as the atmosphere builds."
Tickets will be sold in phases, with a pre-sale via TicketMaster beginning on May 7 for fans who register in advance, as well as through participating team Fan Clubs. General sale will open on May 15. Members of fan clubs should reach out to their VCT team fan club for details on accessing those tickets, which will give fans the chance to sit together in dedicated sections in the arena.
