His irl name is Cauan I believe and the “zin” is added onto it. The username is just catchy imo lol
So apparently it’s a diminutive term so it translates to roughly “Lil/little Cauan”. A real brazilian may be able to confirm this but it seems like the ‘Lil’ in Lil Wayne
