GE Qualification Explained

After RRQ win against Talon (broke my heart being a talon fan aswell) these 2 things need to happen and cannot be compensated

  1. GENG has to lose against Zeta (#zetawin)
  2. GE has to beat TS (map margins wont matter, ill explain how)

This will lock in the top 4 (drx,prx,t1 and zeta) leaving the 5th spot and 6th spot open

Now lets talk about if RRQ wins against PRX

  • RRQ goes 5th
  • 3 way tie between GENG, TS and GE
  • Since GE won against both teams GE goes in on 6th spot on h2h

Now lets talk about if RRQ loses against PRX
there will be a 4 way tie between GENG RRQ TS and GE

here are the best and worst map differences that can happen for these teams
Team Best / Worst
GenG 9-11/ 9-10
RRQ 10-11 / 11-11
GE 11-10 / 11-11
TS 9-11 / 10-11

In this case too RRQ and GE will qualify but GE will have a chance to go 5th if RRQ loses 2-0 against prx

This is simple, its possible since we have a good map differential
