he can't bring the best of his team mates, from what I have seen his coms are in passive-aggressive tone always this affects people and even best players will have issue playing with him.

i honestly agree, i didnt like Elyoya from MAD (league) at all because of that reason either, players who kill the mood are just not good

obv teams still keep them because they sometimes are very talented (like both Scream and Elyoya example) but its always a liability
