is there any team that can finally beat them? APAC teams struggling hard against DRX makes everyone else think they will win champs or something

Their set plays and discipline are too deep for a region like APAC that is shallow in that aspect. U need Fns/saadhak level igling to outstrat them.

I mean, there's no shortage of god aimers in APAC (something, f0rsaken, monyet, etc) but how often do you see their teams just look like a well-oiled machine, where the calling's on point, and no one's making braindead plays u see in ranked every now and then.

Exactly, u rarely see anyone praise the igl'ing in apac games, compared to americas and emea (ange1, boaster, redgar)

Considering the circumstances around GE, I think AYRIN actually did a great job these last few weeks. Also, I'm honestly surprised by how RRQ is led by tehbotoL/xferro in-game, they look better than I would've expected (I guess you could base this on very low expectations to begin with)

Most of pacific team are just playing chaotic game and imo drx is the most dicipline team in the world.
But maybe in the future or in a good day geng can win against drx

On Geng he’s playing more like an entry then a star player, he runs in and usually goes 1 for 1

tbf with or without subs ge is strong, most players who get subbed out are about as good as those subbing in

0 rounds away actually to beating them, there’s a big difference between almost beating a team and almost taking a map.

Everyone here saying “GE could” or “RRQ could” or “GENG could” didn’t watch what happened to ONS. DRX tend to take close games as wake up calls. I don’t see them losing to anyone in the Pacific soon just because these first matches were kind of close.

just because drx played close series with some of these teams doesnt mean it will be the same next time and Drx are improving at a faster rate than most pacific teams imo.

Yup aggressive style does not work against DRX just like it did not against FPX at that time in finals.
