Point #3 is the important point here. Point #5 is irrelevant because it describes a round where the outcome was confirmed (SEN was NOT saving) and the round could not be continued (server did not crash - one player did).

This is a weird situation IMO. Yes, they are saving, but the outcome isn't obvious since there was time to diffuse.

Rule 3 is applied. Rule 4 and 5 are for server crashes, where everyone disconnects.

The rules are pretty clear that the round shouldn't have been replayed. The people who are "agreeing" probably don't speak English as a first language (like @daniels_lsp) and are therefore likely not properly interpreting the nuance of the rules (or just ignoring them to confirm personal bias)
