at this point riot couldve done apac and east asia as 2 separate leagues and include china on franchising imo, that way 3-4 kr spots 3-4 china and 3 jp including cr so dfm can be last place without jp looking that awful and regions like malaysia viet singapore india and oceania couldve got teams.
