Valorant Champions 2023 Concerns

So basically for masters tokyo the 3 best teams in each league (emea gets 4 cuz fnatic ) go plus 2 china teams. At champs, are the same 3/4 teams from every region that competed at tokyo compete again at champions? so the teams will be just like masters tokyo included with the lcq spots and possibly invited spots ?

the winner of masters gets an additional slot for champions for their region
