Of course not, cause I'd do my best to provide for my family financially to make sure they'd never have to worry about not having enough to make it through life. A better way to rephrase my statement earlier is that hard work does not equal dignity, some of the hardest working people I've ever met don't live dignified lives because that's how the system works. OF work is attractive to some because of the dignity that inherently comes with financial freedom and not having to constantly think about your next paycheck, not that dignity does not exist. The best solution to this problem is for other entry-level and "low-skill" positions to be able to provide the same dignity to those who work them. There's no reason people should have to turn to selling their bodies because providing to society in any capacity should mean you're able to live a life of dignity, at the very least.

The suicide example isn't exactly the best example. Suicide in the US has increased by 30% since 2000, which seems to be a symptom of a system with not much dignity for most workers.
