Never said all women are the same. But when analyzing statistics, you have to look at average results. No one cares if there is this one genius not-like-others girl beating the shit out of 99% male players. Occurence of such girls matters. And currently they are scarce.
Yes scarce currently bcoz the raw number of non-males playing is too low since it's not as viable of a choice for them and they're at a disadvantage when trying to enter the pro scene. If we keep supporting them their playerbase will grow and occurences of such exceptional people will rise to the point where it won't be an exception
Now once again you might argue that even with extra support, non-males will still lag behind (like you've already said once before) bcoz you think they don't have the biology for it. To that I say your idea of women is probably flawed since you're basing this idea off a handful of women you've seen. When in reality it's a huge variety and I've seen plenty of women more competitive and hungry than many men
