For rest of them it partners with local production companies. For example Mineski, PPGL etc.
But Nodwin Gaming is a far bigger company than PPGL, Mineski etc. with presence in SA, SEA, Africa and Middle East. So therefore it showcases it own logo over VCL SA.

And when it comes to circuit, rito knows except India, SA has barely any representation but also can't be left unrepresented therefore it clubs it along with Indian circuit. Although it's named South Asian circuit, it is dominated by Indians only.
