Yo I need help

I was making a list on twitter with all the vct lock in players accounts so people could keep up to date with them. But it stopped letting me add people to it. Does anyone else know how to fix it or can someone else make a list and share it

where do u make this list? lile excel? sheets?

I'm making a list too, unfortunately the first time that they deny permission you have to wait 24 hours to add people back, it's twitter way to prevent spam of so many requests to their server. the second time took less time to continue to add people to the list.
