Best in-ear earphones with surround sound.

I'm Currently using a Redgear Cosmo 7.1 headset. While it has very good surround sound quality and mic, my neck starts to pain after long usage coz of which I'm not able to focus.

So I'm thinking of switching to in-ear earphones with surround sound and mic. Wired is preferable. Please give me suggestions. TIA!

I hate in ear head phones. I use have xl. When I'm outside I use Bluetooth when I play I use jack
