Firstly, unless they've extensively played valorant it's a bad idea. Secondly, I don't see any csgo igl in europe who is not quintessential to his team. Only MSL, Xizt and ChrisJ. But these guys are old, they don't have many years left in the tank anyway.

Too early, and even if I rly like ALEX he only proved during his time with Vitality and at the end of LDLC, but it's worth a try if he get good on Valorant

Well, the problem isnt new for G2, they didn't improve since they won all their titles + back in time most of tournaments were invitational so they couldn't face teams like Acend, chakalaka etc
