With nexi staying in RRQ I don't know any PH player (I mostly watch challengers playoffs so I only know players from 4-6 teams) who can replace dispenser in the sentinel role. There is a change Dubstep might switch to sentinel and bring young PH players as duelists/flex along with jremy. Secret can also get an ID sentinel player if they wish to.
