rossi is currently in bangalore which is more southern and closer to sg
Bruh lightingfast gets 100 from Silchar on SG. Servers are not even decided by the admins by through a toss.

Most valorant bootcamps are in mumbai and ping from mumbai to Singapore goes upto 70
