dude its exact same picture. Redgar is really likely joining TL, but Jamppi literally just reuploaded the same photo. Also that picture isn't taken in Netherlands(99% sure), but Istanbul instead. Liquid HQ is also located in Utrech that doesn't even have wide water areas like that, its likely the river thing that goes through Istanbul based on the ships. Bosporus.
