This guy can be a good assistant coach/analyst
But he ain't that igl material
Neither his mid round calls nor his aim are god tier
And plus he micromanages his player a lot and that's a terrible thing which many a times holds backs players from making individual plays

I do think he would be a very good coach/analyst, but his calls are good (clearly as they made it to Champs with him igling)
Also, i think all he really has to do is hit a few deathmatches and actually hit his shots and he'll do just fine
