Honestly it doesn't really make much sense, He's a Championship winning Coach, surely if he asks for a raise a deal can be made no? Unless its some stupid number and he wouldn't budge but that wouldn't make much sense. Plus how were they so happy to just let him go? Something seems fishy..

Low salary
They rejected LOUD offer
LOUD wanted to pay 3-4k USD to each player.

Is this confirmed anywhere? If true that sucks, Championship winning team absolutely deserves a pay increase.

This is literally impossible. The minimum salary is reported to be 50k USD a year for franchised teams in the Americas league according to Valorant Zone: "The minimum salary for players in the Americas League — which includes North America, Brazil, and Latin America — would be around US$50,000 a year, according to a report by ValorantZone in May." -One Esports

Assuming LOUD offered around the minimum salary, which is equivalent to 4200 USD a month, it's just a tough situation because in Brazil that would be an amazing salary for anyone. In NA however, that's less than a police officer. It's quite hard for Brazilian orgs to compete as a result. What I wonder is that if they aren't taking LOUD's offer, it must be because they imagine they can get paid more somewhere else. What org would that be?

Seems like the entire roster gonna disband because they want higher salary and Loud cant pay what the players want probably they gonna split up and play in NA orgs
