they are probably just exploring their options for now, rostermania hasnt fully kicked in yet.

they are waiting for the other 4 teams to finish then sign the rest

George Geddes wrote in his shahzam article that EG is not currently active in the market, so i would assume either they are too good at hiding stuff or they will just pick up players after rest 4 teams are done or they're just going with their current roster
