No its risky but will work wonders if he succeeds, imagine a coach behind a team that rose through the T2 scene. His value as a coach will go high for T1 scene.

Yes you're right but M3C's performance in 2022 hasn't been the best to bolster his position even when we know he is a great coach, so to prove it again T2 scene is the best place to start.

It is unfortunately, but you need to remember that many teams have coaches already. And many teams even ones like Giants, Heretics etc may keep their existing coaches and just give them higher budgets to work with. I would imagine there isn't many coach slots available and you for example saw Vitality taking Salah instead. Also I don't know about Enghh's situation with location etc. Is he still in Russia, or did he leave with other M3C guys. And don't know how well he could lead in English. Same with guys like Redgar. Its hard to say for guys who don't have much experience playing in English speaking teams. It could take some time. Even if their English skills are good enough.

but really hope he finds a team in tier 1 and he 100% deserves it based on what we know

I guess it's a language thing maybe that scares teams? There are no CIS teams. The big teams like FNC, TL have coaches. But he should easily get on the new, former T2 teams in franchising

I think that he has a language problem. While champions watch party he was telling that he learning English, but I think it's still not that great at the moment.

Also he probably in Turkey too (because of situation in Russia)

Bro if he doesn’t get picked up by a T1 org I will actually be so disappointed. He was one of the primary reasons for gmb’s immense success. He won a masters and was finalist for champs for fuck sake. Even at their worst gmb was top 4 in emea which is probs the most competitive region.
