hear me out. Based off of the recent tournament and LCQ, Will has proved that he can entry extremely well and can frag out when needed. Asuna has constantly gotten worse throughout these tournaments, at first one could say it was the agent switch. But he has yet to improve on duelist/initiator flex and Will was doing a lot more entrying than Asuna. Imo Will should take Asunas roll while putting Cyro on chamber

Sorry, but that is not true, Will and Asuna have their own roles so you cannot compare the two. Asuna is their flex player and a really good one at that (proof: #1 player at lcq) and Will plays the op character like jett and chamber with addition of raze since Asuna can't play raze every map. You cannot say will is better than asuna when they don't play the same role. And saying that asuna is just stupid when he proven how good he is time and time again.

will consistently underperformed in lcq while Asuna was leading in first blood % on flex he had an underwhelming champ for his standards and will played well but 3 fucking matches doesn't take away from all the work Asuna did to get them to champs including leading all lcq in acs on flex, most first kills while will was getting set up for those kills. Ur letting ur recency bias get the best of u

It might be my copium, but I think Will might actually start being consistent after champion. I feel like something clicked into him during the sen or cloud9 game amd after watching his performance from lcq and champ, I feel he might just become really good and consistent.

Will did good on LAN, he proved himself there , doesn't he deserve better treatment than this ?

i could see that its just the issue of would u rather move will to asunas role where u do not know how he will perform and then add cyro or keep asuna who was playing pretty well if not great and had an underwhelming champs its just a shitty situation for will imma be honest cuz with franchising we wont be able to see how much he would've gotten better after that experience

yeah he did do good its just a weird situation where yeah will did good but cryo does everything will does but just plays better we don't know how good will could've been with the same roster running it back cuz with the roster crunch a lot of players that should have chances in T1 wont be able to and will is a victim of that

Will was put on Chamber cause of meta? He originally was duelist/entry which is what Asuna flexes. He outperformed Asuna on lan by miles and Asuna had lan experience before hand and still bottom fragged every game. People can hype him up all he wants but he’s not as good as he used to be and underperformed tremendously this tournament which isn’t a very good look

If Asuna managed to frag and be consistent for one series in Champs I would think otherwise. But every series he fell short, and looked super rough. Yes he had a amazing LCQ, but he’s also had prior lan experience which none of his team did and he still preformed worse than all of them. You can be a beast online and be mediocre on lan🤷 it’s looking more and more like Asuna is a onliner guess we’ll see in kickoff tourney

Will played good for 2 maps against fnatic and now all of a sudden he's better than Asuna, who has been proven and played alright in 1 tournament when he's been through the most changes. Let's be real here

How does it seem he's an onliner, when he's played 2 Lans? 1 in which the guy had covid 2 out of 3 games.

Asuna is very consistent ans produce insane stat and result before and has done so in so many different character, one tourney performance doesn't change that. There is a reason why people have high praise for him and why he wasn't being replaced or kick out of 100t. Also the kid is young, he has so much room to grow.

Asuna is one the main factors for why they went to champions.

Did you only watch their last match and make a decision off that cause there is no way you said he perform worse than everyone

don't think anything "clicked", I think his team all had covid for most of the time and he didn't

They didn't have covid in lcq, and Will play really well, so Idk what this has to do with anything

so because of 2 insane maps from will, people thinks he's better than asuna now? like everything and anything asuna did before that disappeared? so dumb its annoying.
