They could do situational rotations in which someone may be benched for a map (ex. lets so no duelist comp will is out for the map)
ex2. No oping agent in the comp (100T bind) they have no yay/cryo
ex.3 Breeze they want both jett and chamber so Asuna sits aside (He doesn't like to op)
I do understand that may just be a waste of potential, but I think its hard to expect these rosters to stick together fully
Id say the only way the full roster is together is if will is on the bench.
As much as I love will and think he's been great, Cryo and Yay are simply Cryo and Yay. These players come around once in a lifetime

Agreed, Cryo or Yay are all they need. Maybe consider FNS over Stellar if they can get him. No hate to Stellar, but FNS has proven himself to be the best IGL worldwide time and time again.

I think Stellar has done a great job developing as an igl under SeanGares and I think that's the kind of IGL 100T needs
SeanGares needs someone he can communicate his knowledge through. I think the only way you replace stellar in my opinion would be to sign Zander, but that would mean to start over

why is it only zander ppl talk about. no dephh? Zander is a massive addition to fire power but has he really proven his igl ability like fns and dephh has? Maybe but not to the same extent.

Or Valyn? I think Valyn, while not quite as mechanically skilled as Zander, and not as experienced as Dephh or FNS, is a fantastic middleground who's able to fight on par with some top international competitiors while making pretty good calls.
