I dont get why people seems so shocked about teams disbanding and good players being free agents.

This is how franchising looks when it starts. Teams will decide if they want to be competitive (or not) and will try to get those good players to reinforce their rosters, but that's also not guaranteed.

Been saying this for a long time. It's a good thing that efficient organizations have made it. The really good free agents like optics roster will undoubtedly be picked up. Ppl assuming that organizations will stick with their current rosters dont know a thing

Indeed, there's a chance for some orgs to pick a full team or just some players.

most of the people have come from CS so they hate franchising so much rn, but it doesn't make sense since most of the teams aren't playing till feb anyways- they will have so much time to learn and support their rosters and do transfers that none of the rosters would look the same till then

At the end, there's people who support orgs and people who supports players. This exact point in time is turbulent so there's a lot of doubt, hate, insults to riot etc.
