Does Fnatic lack fire power?

I don’t think Derke and Alfajer can carry the team to the finals if the other three players are average (Boaster not fragging is fine) Like look at the top teams in the world Optic and FPX both teams have 4 cracked players who hit insane shots it’s not one or two people carrying the team to the finish line just my take though

Mistic is really good slightly inconsistent tho. Enzo needs to be replaced imo.

Yes. Even if they have Derke and Alfajer I don't think having 3 pretty weak fraggers is enough. Especially when Derke and Alfajer haven't been carrying as hard as they did at one point. Boaster is usually weak on firepower but that is understandable for his role, but having Mistic and Enzo who are both pretty mediocre fraggers or even weak at times isn't enough. Like imagine if they had someone like Leo on initiator or Trexx on flex or whatever it would instantly add so much more firepower on paper. Obviously firepower isn't everything and I'm just random vlr user.

like if you think teams like OpTic they have Yay, Crashies and Marved. FPX has Shao, Suygetsu, Ardiis, Zyppan. etc. not only 2 hard fraggers and 3 mid fraggers.

Yeah exactly and as you mentioned firepower isn’t everything but I do think it will make it easier for Fnatic because there are days when Derke or Alfa don’t show up and if your win condition relies on those players then it’s basically a L from the start so I hope next year they pick up players like Leo or Trexx who are very good and then I could see Fnatic making it far

if you're gonna have a weak link (skill wise) it needs to be offset by the other 4 players.
like optic have FNS but all of yay/marved/crashies/victor are capable of popping off

either that or you have a spread out skill distribution but your igl is also able to go crazy, like DRX or LOUD

mistic is really good at setting up kills, however the meta for kayo is setting yourself up.
