are the players able to hear the crowd ?
unfair advantage ?
Dybala21 [#2]If the crowd is loud enough
can they get unfair advantage ?
titanwithpp [#3]When they scream in unison yes.
can they get unfair advantage ?
OzyMeister [#9]not really when one team is crowd fav?
just like happened with scream when he was defusing and the molly missed, if it was reversed, the crowd would scream anyways, I cant rlly imagine one situation were one team can take an advantage that isnt a double edge sword

happens all the time, i remember an astralis game where a player looks at the wall for a wallbang and the crowd yells when hes close
the hearphones they use play de game audio, then they put the headphones playing white noise so they "can't" hear the crowd and casters. It's possible to get unfair advantages but it's unlikely....

the crowd will make noise at that no matter what team or player is doing that,
Theres a bunch of videos in youtube when players look a a wall and shake their crosshair, Ive never seen a crowd stay silent after a player do that
have you ever watched traditional sports in your life? there are crowds, yes, they make a difference. next thread please

traditional sports are different from esports for the crowd, in traditional sports there are home and away teams, and the home team is expected to have the advantage on their field because of their crowd and less travel time. For esports everyone has to travel and the crowd is expected to be neutral or at least have fans of both teams and not just a huge majority for one team. Obviously it doesn't always end up that way but that's the ideal
Shroud says it can be an advantage. There would be times when they would just stare into bangable walls and wait for the crowd to go loud to shoot

CSGO moment
There is no Unfair advantage, what is the point of crowd if they are supposed to stay quiet in hype moments.
OzyMeister [#4]can they get unfair advantage ?
